Orders and Rates
I’d like to rent some gear, how do I do that?
Simply fill out a rental request, send us a direct email, or give us a call, and we’ll go from there.
Is there multi-day pricing? How about half-day pricing?
The rates listed are for single day rentals; we do offer four-day weeks on most gear, weekends are billed as single days, and sorry, but no half-day rates. Potential discounts vary per item and will be notated on your quote.
Do you offer crewing?
Yes, we do! Just let us know which crew positions you’re looking to fill, and we’ll be happy to help. We have a great network of staffers and freelancers who are the best in the business!
Are you a Co-OP?
No, we own all of our gear! In some instances, we need to rent from outside sources to complete an order; we only do this if accepted by you, the renter, and we only rent from trusted sources.
Pick-ups, Deliveries, and Returns
What is your delivery and after-hours policy?
We offer gear delivery and gear pick-up service within the Las Vegas metro area, the rate is $300.00 each way. Any pick-ups or returns from/to our office outside of normal business hours are billed at $100.00 per hour; so, if you want to return the gear between 7:00pm and 8:00pm, that would be billed as three hours, as we close at 5:00pm. Weekends and holidays start at $150.00, and then an additional $100.00 per hour after the scheduled hour window.
What if gear is missing from the package after I pick up?
If you find that you’re missing something that was supposed to be in your rental, please contact us immediately, and we’ll get the missing gear to you as soon as possible.
What if I forget to return all the gear, lose the gear, or damage or break the gear?
If something didn’t come back, we’ll contact you and arrange the return, and may bill you for the time it’s missing. If it was broken, lost, or damaged, we’ll bill you for the replacement items, and may bill for the time lost.
Can we build our gear in your office/studio?
If you would like to build out anything your rent from us, such as cameras, monitors, gimbals, etc., you’re welcome to do so by appointment. If we’ve got enough space and staff on hand, you can book a block of time to build and test gear. Please note, any overages on time spent building will be billed at $100.00 per hour.
Payment, Insurance, Rental Agreement
When do I have to pay my invoice? Can I make payments after the rental term has ended?
Full payment, COI and our Rental Agreement need to be submitted prior to your rental period. No rental is guaranteed until payment is submitted. Sorry, we don’t accept payment plans.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers (through your Quickbooks invoice), and cash. We do not accept checks.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, every rental is required to have a Certificate of Insurance submitted that covers, at minimum, the full replacement value of all rented gear. If the item you’re renting is no longer available, the newest item in comparison will be considered. The coverage must be, at minimum, property and liability coverage, and the COI must specify that it is for rented/leased gear. F11 Rentals needs to be listed as the certificate holder as such:
F11 Rentals
6660 Escondido St. Suite 2
Las Vegas, NV 89119
You are responsible to make sure your policy covers the gear for the type of production you are doing. For Example – Stunt Work, Underwater, Drone, Ect.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We recommend www.InsureMyEquipment.com & www.AthosInsurance.com, they specialize in video production insurance. Credit Card holds are additionally required in some instances.
Do you offer insurance? Can you buy the insurance policy and add it to the invoice?”
I’m sorry, but we do not offer insurance, and won’t purchase policies for anyone.
What’s a rental agreement, and do I need to sign it?
The Rental Agreement states that you agree to adhere to our rules, policies, and procedures regarding renting any gear or crew from us. It is required to submit a signed Rental Agreement for each rental.
