The Menace Arm Kit, often used for film and video production, allows you to boom a light or camera rig into position while keeping the light stand out of the camera frame. It uses a 1 1/4″ speed rail and a counterweight system to achieve this. The kit typically includes a center post, a front adapter with baby and junior pins, and a rear counterweight mount.
